i am building a data matrix with my MATLAB script, which would probably crash SPSS, the statistical programme... it's taking forever and it's currently taking up OVER 3 gig of space... (madness!)
[update: it ended up with nearly 6 gig of numbers with 6 decimal places of precision & SPSS didn't crash, yet.]
while waiting i build another matrix of a smaller size for other tests... it takes a little less time but is still a wait.
i am BORED waiting... because i can't over-work my poor dual-processor... so i try to amuse myself...
usually, it's not difficult to distract myself... yet nothing really works to satiate my boredom today... i can't really focus on my visa-form-filling... nor the silly progress reports that kinda clone themselves annually... or try to read up on time-series analyses...
yawn...
