bitsNpieces...

had a fun weekend of no work... yes. NO WORK. rah. i love it when my brain protests after being fried for weeks...

but i am not sure if i should be blogging a long post since the server issues aren't quite resolved yet...

so here's what i did, in brief...

thursday: decided i am done with the wretched report... wretched funding report... spent evening at the Museum of Modern Art... doing real artsy stuff... with the artsy people... in the art museum library... mingling with the artsy elite... ha! i'd like to think... heeee re-writing art...

friday: monkey-nite --- are you curious?! hahahha

saturday: cleaning flat chores --- squeeky clean is the motto! had an evening walk + visiting a cafe on GrandAve and being entertained by live music --- splendid.

sunday: clocks went foward much to my agony... ARRRRRGH. they never asked me... DSD gave me a call from beijing! how cool is that? i FEEL special... =C) and went to an afternoon symphony concert wherein a colleague played the cello... while the rain poured... we then adjourned to cellist's place... and i was happily sipping tea and coffee while others got pretty intoxicated by lethally strong martinis... and i tried to stop myself from sounding like my brother in NY... ie trying to stop myself from saying..."AWESOME!" ... and failed miserably... later that evening... i made myself a random dinner of scraps and something equally random for monday's lunch only that i am saving it for tuesday...

monday: omigoooooness... monday... i have so much to do........ morning call from the psy. dept. ---- talk reminder... i have to give a talk?! me?! who's me??? EEEEEEKS... why me?! ... monday number crunching... telling SPSS to behave... ahem.

OH! and THE news is .... i starting cycling again!

rah... beat the wind... i am the wind. =C) spring is in the air...
