season's greetings!

snowman!

have a happpeeee x'mas and a fun slide into a good splendid year to all!

... have been a little tardy with my card-making-sending this year ( i couldn't find an artist craft store in the twin-cities and am still searching!)... meanwhile, this wee snowman will have to bring my holiday cheer!

anyways... i did manage to get into manhattan after a long wait in the airport bus that inched its way into the city... the underground wasn't running last night, or didn't seem like it was. i was rather annoyed with sitting and waiting in the bus and so i walked from GrandCentralStation when the bus finally arrived to TimesSquare instead of waiting to get off at the last stop after it does the usual detour via PennStation then to PortAuthority, which is where i had to go. walking is always much more productive in crazy NY... you actually get somewhere!

i think i am going to wake up (it is 1 hr faster here?!) with a cuppa and some piano playing (WHEEEE!!!) and perhaps poke my nose into MOMA and say hello to the new gallery.... maybe a x'mas market at Bryant park... maybe a read at the library... hmm

i think we are going to watch memoirs tonight! am really excited!!!

hope you guys are doing something fun this weekend! if not, something peaceful and relaxing for a change... happy holidays!
