it's funny... most people never really thought i might be right about things or that i might be capable of fixing things etc. ... i blame it on my child-like voice (which i myself find shocking... and it is good i hear myself quite differently in my own head... else i might find it unbearable) and comparatively petite stature (even though i am actually much taller than some europeans and americans... ha!) ... and somewhat ditzy-ness... but these days i stop feeling sorry for myself for not being heard by others... i figured it's their loss... and because i do get the last laugh most of the time... *hahahahahah*... i love the irony.
... anyways...
i have been able to show some clever programming tricks to a fellow colleague here with regards to plotting graphs in a programming software called MATLAB... (i must have spent too much time on such silly pursuits!) and also to fix a fiddly problem with the ear-pieces for the subjects in the imaging device today so that my other colleague can start collecting some pilot data... and neither of them would have thought any of what i did might work!
la la la la la.... cheap-thrill you might say but boy do i feel like i am not all too hopeless afterall!
now you have to tell me not to get too big-headed... hee.
