i finally completed marking the essays; 2/3 of which gave arguments as to why the concept of general intelligence denoted by 'g' -- a term coined by a psychologist called Spearman in 1904 -- has fuelled almost a decade of controversy... and 1/3 discussed the role of psychology in education... now i am indeed 'g'-ed out! (even though the responses to it made more interesting read...)
film reviews are seeping into my in-box... why do i bother so much about giving them extra tutorials beats the better sense out of yours truly who is only slowly realizing that the next few weeks will be a roller-coaster ride... until perhaps after her trip to USA -- if she does eventually end up there. sigh... 2hr tutorial on tuesday... crikey hrm!!! the management doesn't even know about this and you aren't getting extra ??!
let's hope that, at least, they appreciate my efforts... and perhaps they might get me some lovely tea for compensation... hahaha... like they know about my obsession?!
