i've not had a good night's rest since moving to the new flat.
maybe it's the great insulation of the walls in old stone buildings:
i hear people's footsteps and their cacophony of nonsense up and down the common stairs.
maybe it's all the different worries, the bad and sad news i've had to deal with..
maybe it's just me forgetting to turn off the bedside lamp...
maybe it's the weather... the gradual late sunrise and early darkening is depressing.
