i finally have a functional computer in the office but my laptop is playing up... phoned up Dell to complain about the fault -- an intermittent flickering black-out of my screen which occurs sporadically. i am to get a new lcd monitor and mother-board replaced.... i have never seen nor heard the likes of the latter and i do not anticipate the dissection of my friend into bits. this surgery is going to be heart-wrenching?
