did we ever mention that you made the best fried fish in town?
i miss having it for many years now..
did anyone tell you how young you still seem,
with that black crown of yours which you used to cream?
the plants you kept alive along the corridor,
the concern and love you showered us all...
too unfathomable was your condition,
unsustainable was the prescription.
yet you kept fighting...
even though the chances were bleak...
and you kept trying...
even though you felt weak.
sadly...
they that couldn't save themselves,
took you away with them as well...

grandpa lost his battle to complications sustained while being treated for advance parkinsonian disease...
My deepest condolences.
